CAPA’s Summer Movie Series, the longest-running classic film series in America, marks its 40th anniversary in 2010! Come celebrate with us and enjoy an incredible lineup of classics, cult favorites, and most beloved films. Highlights include 11 series premieres, four musicals, a Buster Keaton silent film double feature with live musical accompaniment, two Saturday mornings of classic cartoons, two “Late Nite Fridays,” two “Chick Flick Fridays,” and one “Fright Night Friday” double feature. With 22 films covering practically every genre, there’s something for everyone—action, suspense, romance, comedy, drama, mystery, musicals, horror, and even a little Hitchcock—all in the grandeur of the Ohio Theatre!
